GENTEC maintains adequate stocks of spares for all sold systems, ranging from components, peripherals, through major assemblies, if required. All systems are covered by at least a one-year parts warranty against defects in manufacture and workmanship. In addition, GENTEC usually offers a maintenance program for the first year after the commissioning of the system. This ensures proper operation of the new installations and provides opportunity for familiarization of the customer's technicians with the installed equipment.
Beyond the first year GENTEC offers a width of maintenance services, based on individual service level agreements. Services range from emergency call-out to a full coverage program of preventive and corrective maintenance. If appropriate, GENTEC technicians will be full-time based at the customer’s facility. In the case of large-scale projects, customers often draw from our expertise in providing and operating on-site repair shops and logistic support facilities.
Generally, all support plans will be engineered and master-minded from the headquarter in Jeddah. Extended regional support is delivered through our Logistics & Maintenance facilities in Riyadh and Al Khobar.
Aside from our after-sales commitments, we are ready to assist in locating, procuring and expediting of any special types of materials or equipment through our liaison office in London.
